Our goal in this book, and in life, is not to develop “new strategies” but rather to apply God’s Word (and His Plan for the ages) to the times in which we live. What you will find in these pages is the result of a quest to discern the never-changing, always applicable principles of youth ministry found in the BOOK itself, the Bible, because God already has a strategy.

Students today desperately need to be reached where they are—at school! As students face the emotional, social, and spiritual challenges of adolescence and life on their middle school or high school campuses, youth leaders can “be there” to influence their lives.
