Find out where Reach Out Youth Solutions is training youth ministry leaders in CUBA!
Of the 11 million people in Cuba, 15% are 15-19 years old and over 50% are 25 years old or younger. Since 1959, ministry to the younger generation in Cuba has suffered from the constraints of Communism. As the country continues to open up to outside influences, we find a generation of teenagers, raised in a god-less society, defenseless to worldly pressures, but hungry to know God. In the past, churches have lacked the tools to reach them, but now Reach Out Youth Solutions is using the Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry (JFYM) strategy to close the leadership gap by offering vision, training, resources and coaching that is producing life-change and equipping life-changers.
Reach Out’s team in Cuba consists of an incredible group of regional and local youth leaders, led by Reach Out’s National Leader, Elio Martiz. Supported with quality resources in Spanish, these visionary leaders equip youth leaders who then reach teenagers.
